BSHT | Work & Play 2016

April 18, 2016 Michelle Cannon Smith

Live.Work.Play.  Today's one of my favorite days, when my dear friend Lindsay from The White Buffalo Styling Co. hosts a group of blogger to share their work/play space!  If you're stopping by from Bliss at Home, WELCOME!  Wasn't her space gorgeous?!  For those of you that are new around here, we recently moved into our new old house, a 1950's cape cod.  Still unpacking and figuring out how we want the home to feel, I knew one of the first things we needed to accomplish was a play space for our twin toddlers, P & K.  Right off the kitchen and breakfast nook area is this great, but sort of awkward area.  Not quite big enough for a table, but too large to simply use as a pass through.  So, after a few simple steps, we turned a boring space into the perfect play area.  And I love it, because I can interact and watch them steps away from the kitchen or when I'm sitting in the breakfast nook working on my computer.  Tomorrow I'll share sources and the how to, in the meantime, here's P & K's new market playroom.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Be sure to come over tomorrow for the source list, you won't believe where I got that brick wallpaper!  In the meantime, continue on the house tour...next stop, Nesting With Grace!
