Whoa, this week was awesome on Iron & Twine! You guys showed up in the masses and the engagement was so incredibly wonderful! Maybe because I posted more this week…or maybe because you guys are just that amazing! Seriously, I’m so humbled and grateful to have a space where you guys allow me to share all the things I love and am learning with you. So thank you! In case you missed it, I wanted to do a quick weekly recap of everything we covered, it kinda ran the gamete. And began with this post:
Spring Fashion Finds Under $35
Yup, that’s right all under $35! I found some really affordable, but great finds! And you guys LOVED this 100% cotton dress! My inbox was flooded with positive response for this find! It runs true to size and comes in five color options. To see the entire post and my other finds see this post here.
Next up was my design plan for our newly minted dining nook. A room that’s held many hats, I shared the design plan to bring this room into Spring! Entire post here.
In this post, I share how I cut our budge by 50%…well actually by 70%…yeah that part’s super embarrassing!!! I break down exactly how much we were spending and I also share how I’ve gotten our weekly food budget to $125 a week for our family of five and give you a cost break down of every single item on my grocery list. If you’ve been wanting and searching for ways to cut costs, this post is for you!
Next up, was this Before & After. I share my favorite additions for Spring and how this cozy nook is now our favorite spot to gather as a family.
And to complete the week, I shared all about the item I said I’d NEVER buy! And why it turned out to be the best purchase last summer. After seeing it this week for 40% off ~ the cheapest I’d ever seen it, I knew I needed to share it with you guys in case you too had been eyeing it. That post can be read here!
Well, there you have it! I hope you too have had a wonderful week, and may we all continue to find joy in the ordinary! Happy Saturday Friends!
